Challenge
Radiant Square Tower (5 Towers) located in Reem Island owned by Maliah Group faced structural issues like delamination of raft slab in basement, Uplift due to hydrostatic pressure, corrosion of rebars, water leakage and structural cracks.
Solution
TCR has been appointed by Client to address the above requirements and mitigation of the issues, like dewatering thickness of affected slabs, waterproofing, closing of dewatering wells. It was a design and build project carried out under the supervision of consultants.
