Villa compound owned by Her Highness Shekha Mozah Tahnoon Mohammed Al Nahyan having differential settlement due to loose strata and liquefaction causing the damage to the structure.
Solution
TCR has been appointed by CATIC for the mitigation of the geotechnical problem and structural repairs. Micropile, TAM Grouting & structural strengthening & retro fitting works were done to increase the bearing capacity in order support the structure and subsidize the effect in future.
