Citizen houses & plots in different areas of Emirates of Abu Dhabi having geotechnical deformities, cavities, soil fracture and liquifaction resulting in the differential settlement of the ground and structural damage.
Solution
TCR has been appointed by Abu Dhabi City Municipality for the mitigation of the geotechnical problem. Ground improvement & structural strengthening techniques like Jet Grouting, Micropile, Soil Mixing, Compaction Grouting, TAM Grouting, Permeation grouting, crack repair, slab thickening, waterproofing and finishing were used successfully.
