Future school located in Shakhbout city Abu Dhabi was built by contractor without the improvement of the soil strata resulting post construction deflection of concrete elements, differential settlement of internal floors & outer area and wall deflection.
Solution
TCR has been appointed by Musanada for the mitigation of the geotechnical & structural problem. Based on the recommendation of the engineer and available data various ground improvement techniques like Jet Grouting, Micropile, TAM Grouting, pile caps and slab strengthening were used successfully.
