Blue Bay Tower located in Business bay Dubai owned by Al Sayyah Group faced structural issues like delamination of slab & pile cap, Upliftment of raft due to hydrostatic pressure, corrosion of rebar, Water leakage and structural cracks.

TCR has been appointed by Al Sayyah Group for the mitigation of the issues, various techniques like dewatering, demolition & recasting of effected slabs, thickening of non affected slab, waterproofing, closing of dewatering wells & epoxy traffic flooring were used successfully.
